1. Agreement
By downloading or using Premium HR (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. The App is published by Premium Tech (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
Premium HR is a mobile client for Premium Tech HR Hub. It is provided to employees of organizations that have licensed HR Hub from Premium Tech. The App is not a consumer social network and does not allow users to send messages to arbitrary third parties.
3. Your account
- Access is provided by your employer, not by Premium Tech directly.
- You must keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Your employer may suspend or remove access at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for legitimate work-related purposes and in line with your employer’s policies. You must not:
- Misrepresent attendance or location
- Attempt to bypass security, geofence, or face-verification controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service
- Upload unlawful, offensive, or unauthorized content
5. Employer policies
Your use of leave, expenses, attendance, and other HR features is governed by your employer’s internal rules. Premium Tech does not approve leave, pay expenses, or set employment terms.
6. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and related software are owned by Premium Tech or its licensors. Your employer’s HR data remains subject to your employer’s rights and policies.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. HR Hub connectivity depends on your employer’s server and network.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Payroll figures, balances, and approvals shown in the App come from your employer’s HR system.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount paid by your employer for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or [USD 100] if greater limits are not allowed by law.
10. Termination
Your employer may end your access. We may block access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country / State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in [Your City] have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws apply otherwise.
