1. Introduction
Premium Tech (“we”) provides Premium HR, a mobile app for employees of organizations using Premium Tech HR Hub. This policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the App.
2. Roles
- Your employer is the controller of most HR data (attendance, leave, payroll, profile).
- Premium Tech provides the App and may process technical data to operate and secure the service.
3. Information we collect

We do not sell personal data. We do not provide a service for employees to message each other as consumers.
4. How we use information
- Authenticate you with your employer’s HR Hub
- Display and submit HR requests you initiate
- Enforce employer-configured rules (geofence, face attendance, device binding)
- Improve stability and security of the App
- Send notifications from your employer when that feature is enabled
5. Legal bases (where GDPR applies)
Processing is based on: performance of your employment relationship (employer as controller), legitimate interests in secure workforce management, and consent where required (e.g. optional notifications, camera, location when prompted).
6. Sharing
We may share data with:
- Your employer’s HR Hub (primary destination)
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, push delivery) under contract
- Authorities if required by law
7. Retention
HR records are retained according to your employer’s policies on HR Hub. Local app data (e.g. saved login) can be cleared by logging out or uninstalling the App.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Contact your employer’s HR/Data Protection officer first for HR records. For App-related requests, contact [privacy@ptech.sh].
10. Children
The App is for employed adults. It is not directed at children under 16.
11. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries where your employer or our providers operate. Appropriate safeguards should be used where required.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the App or your employer’s notice process.
