1. Who we are
Premium Tech operates in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@ptech.sh and sales@ptech.sh. Branch and phone details are in the Site footer.
2. Using the Site
The Site describes our products and services (including Odoo, Oracle, call-centre, mobile, and marketing solutions). You may browse public pages and submit the forms we provide. You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful content, or harvest data with automated tools without our permission.
3. Content and intellectual property
Text, marks, logos, images, and design on the Site belong to Premium Tech or its licensors. You may not copy or republish them for commercial use without written consent. Third-party product names (including Odoo and Oracle) are trademarks of their owners.
4. Enquiries and proposals
Contact forms, demo requests, and similar messages are invitations to talk, not binding offers. Services, licences, and prices become binding only under a written contract or an accepted purchase order.
5. Availability and third-party links
The Site may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Links to other websites are for convenience; we do not control their content or policies.
6. Limitation of liability
Site content is informational. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits arising from use of the Site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Courts in Jeddah have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights in your country of residence.
