This Privacy Policy explains how Premium Tech for Information Systems processes personal data when you use the website at ptech.sh and its forms.

Premium Tech is the controller of personal data collected through this Site. Contact: info@ptech.sh.

2. What we collect

  • Information you type in forms (name, email, phone, company, subject, and message)
  • Technical logs needed to run and secure the Site (such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps)
  • Cookies or similar technologies, depending on your browser settings

We do not ask for sensitive data through public marketing forms. If you include employee or customer data in a message, you confirm you have a lawful basis to send it.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to enquiries and demo requests — steps prior to a contract, or legitimate interests
  • Operating and securing the Site and preventing abuse — legitimate interests and legal duty
  • Improving content and measuring visits if analytics tools are enabled — consent or legitimate interests, depending on the tool and applicable law
  • Meeting legal duties (for example keeping communication records where required)

We take account of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, with SDAIA) and corresponding rules in Egypt and the UAE where they apply.

The Site may use cookies required for session, language, and security, and optional analytics cookies if enabled. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect login or language preference.

5. Sharing and retention

Data may be processed by hosting, email, and infrastructure providers on our instructions, or by authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to reply, follow up, and handle legal claims (typically up to 3 years, or longer if the law requires).

Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the competent authority (in Saudi Arabia: SDAIA / the PDPL authority). Email info@ptech.sh.

7. Transfers and security

Data may be processed in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, or the UAE, where we operate. We use measures appropriate to the risk. No internet transmission is fully secure.
