Because this is an internal human resources management application, we collect and process information necessary to manage your employment, payroll, and workplace operations. This includes:

  • Personal Identification: Full name, employee ID number, national ID/Iqama number, date of birth, and profile photo.
  • Contact Information: Company email address, personal email address, phone number, and physical address.
  • Employment & Payroll Data: Job title, department, manager, salary details, bank account numbers (for direct deposit), and attendance/leave logs.
  • Device Information: If accessing via a mobile device, we may log standard technical data such as your device operating system, IP address, and application crash logs to ensure system security and stability.
