Your Odoo HR in your pocket
P-Tech HR is the employee self-service app for companies that run Odoo. It connects securely to your company's own Odoo server so employees and managers can handle attendance, leave, expenses, approvals, tasks and payslips from their iPhone or Android phone.
The iOS version is currently available through Apple TestFlight while it is in App Store review.

Submit expenses with receipts and track their approval and reimbursement.

Create approval requests and follow them until they are approved.

View your project tasks and log time against them directly from your phone.

Browse your monthly payslips and their details at any time.

See your upcoming meetings and calendar events.
Manager tools
Managers approve leave, expenses and requests, assign tasks and view their team.

Receive push notifications when something needs your attention.
How to subscribe
P-Tech HR is a business app sold to companies, not to individual users. The app is free to download; your company buys a subscription for its employees.
Request a subscription- Contact us. Reach our sales team through the contact page or at sales@ptech.sh with your company name, Odoo version and number of employees.
- Get your subscription code. After the subscription is confirmed, we send you a subscription code for your company.
- Connect your Odoo. Your Odoo administrator installs the P-Tech HR connector modules and registers your Odoo server with the subscription code. Our team can do this for you.
- Employees sign in. Employees download the app and sign in with your company's Odoo URL, database name and their HR app account (separate from Odoo backend logins).
Try the demo
Install the app, then enter these details on the app's sign-in screen to explore it with sample data. These accounts work in the mobile app only, not on the Odoo website.
